At Home Medical Professionals continue to grow and we are excited to announce the addition of two new Nurse Practitioners! Jillian Kline, MSN, FNP will be joining our team as a Acute Care/Long Term Facility hospitalist on December 1st, 2015. Christina Cook, MSN, FNP will be joining our team as a House Calls Practitioner November 9th, 2015.
