Keeping our patients safe and informed has always been our priority for At Home Medical Professionals. During these challenging times, we feel it is necessary that our patients and their caregivers be informed of what AHMP has put into place to continue to care for and prevent illness.
- All AHMP staff are screened for symptoms of illness. No one will attend to patients with a potential for infecting our patients.
- AHMP has implemented “AHMP Connect”, a virtual medical visit for our home based patients. To request a AHMP Connect appointment go to our web site www.athomemp.com select “Contact Us” then select “Set up a telehealth appointment” here you will find instructions for downloading the app and schedule an appointment.
- We are in the process of setting up a “Direct-to- Doc “virtual medicine program for all of our contracted Assisted Living Facilities as well. Please stay tuned for more updates on this.
- We encourage all of our patients, caregivers, and families to please reach out to our offices if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms (fever, cough, extreme fatigue, shortness of breath) 330-590-0847 if you get a voicemail we are on the lines with other patients please leave a message and we will return your call. All calls will be returned the same day.
- Our lab is equipped with FDA approved testing for Coronavirus (COVID19) Lab services are available for all of our patients and we are currently working with each contracted Assisted Living Facility to establish permissions for testing services.
We want to assure you that this epidemic will end, but in the meantime, we encourage you to reach out to our offices if you are feeling overwhelmed, afraid or having increased anxiety. These feelings will only worsen any disease condition, not just Coronavirus but any acute or chronic illness. We have services available to talk with you and assist you through these anxious times.
