Helping each patient achieve their best quality of life doesn’t stop with just a prescription, for Nurse Practitioner Kathy Bordenkircher and Nurse Case Manager Jessica Dimitroff it is about so much more. When the food pantry delivery person quit, their patient was left with no way to get food and nothing more than just a name on a food waiting list. Doing what ever it takes, Kathy and Jessica found not one, but two food pantry’s and scheduled them to go pick up food and deliver it to the patient’s home. They also helped put everything away and even helped make a meal! At AHMP, being in the Medical House Calls business is about so much more than just the patient’s medical needs. Thank you both for making me so proud to have each of you on our team.
